Innerspring failure after 3 weeks of use
Purchased one year ago in anticipation of spine surgery, which didn't occur until 11 months after mattress was purchased. Mattrrss has now been in use only 3 weeks - and one of the innrersprings came unsecured inside the mattress and the mattress now has a lump in it. The mattress was purchased 2/5/20, and the spring failed on 2/4/21

The company lied saying that the item had been delivered, which it was not. i immediately contacted the company to inform them that the package weren't delivered. I was told to wait 2 days and contact them if the delivery still has not been received . Not received and can't be reordered. Now, I'm still waiting for my funds of $269.36 to be credited back to my accounts or to start a dispute with the company as fraduntantly removing money and not delivering the product. Lesson learned not to online shop for large items through them.

I order Extra firm. the item is's soft, not even firm. refuse to accept the mattress from the delivery company. Delivery took it back right on the spot. Waiting for refund.
