This is the easiest walker that I have ever used. The big wheels make it very easy to push and the height of it, also make it a lot easier to push. The seat is a lot sturdier and makes me feel more secure. It is so easy to fold and unfold.

My 93 year old dad has been using a regular 4-wheeled walked for about 4 years. I just replaced it with this Drive Nitro Rollator. I had searched hard for a walker which had BIG wheels, because many times we walk where the pathway is not solid. The Nitro walker is great for using on grassy areas, or anywhere outdoors where the road surface is irregular. The front two wheels are HUGE, and even the rear wheels are larger than those on a standard walker. It also folds very easily, and the seat is perfect. My dad and I are both very pleased with this purchase, and we have received many compliments on his stylish new "ride"! Shipping was also very fast, btw!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have previously been using a 3 wheeled walker which was great, until I had a fall and broke my femur. After having surgery on the leg, I find that I need a walker that offers more stability so I can build up my confidence again in walking. I cannot walk very far, so I like the seat. I ordered the hard seat as it makes it easier for me to get up from the sitting position, as opposed to the sling-type of seat. It is a very sturdy walker and is well worth the money. Also like the new champagne color!

I am a physical therapist, and I recently helped purchase the Drive Medical Nitro DLX Euro Style Rollator for my father-in-law. He is a retired engineer, and he loves that the Nitro was designed with contained brake cables because the brake cables catch on things and can break or cause a fall. The wheels are large and well-designed to walk on uneven surfaces outdoors. The walker is designed to fold easily. However, it is heavy and difficult for a handicapped person to get in the car. I knew that before the purchase, so I am not deleting a star for that. His caregiver is a small woman over 65, and she is able to get it in the car. My father-in-law gets a lot of compliments on his stylish walker and that makes him feel good. From a therapy standpoint, its design (rear wheels further back and the position of the handles) helps one stand taller. I have watched my father-in-law accidentally roll the wheels off of the walkway into the garden, and the walker stays steady and keeps moving. It seems a bit pricey, but it is the least expensive of the Euro-style rollators. Medicare will not pay for this expensive of a rollator, but it is so much nicer than the ones that Medicare pays for. The seat could be a bit higher, but my 6 foot father-in-law has no trouble standing from it. Other reviews said the seat is not comfortable. My father-in-law says the seat is comfortable, but he never sits on it for more than a few minutes.

I love my new rollator I could only walk around the house . If I walked to the mailbox It hurt my hip and back so bad I could cry. Now I can walk 1/2 a mile to see the kids and another 1/2 mile back in no pain . I am so happy with this product it's so modern looking too . I highly recommend it.

The ride is easy and smooth. The unit is easy to fold and pickup. The unit has many secure adjustments, except the seat height. The seat height adjustment bolt threads were stripped. Otherwise, well worth the money. Be sure to read the size guidelines, and if in doubt, go taller.
