works great and came in on time
Let's us know when grandma gets out of her chair so we can get to her before she falls...again.

device works well
The device works as advertised. The pull cord could be a little longer, but love the clip and included mounting frame. The low volume is still a bit loud, but has dual function of alerting caregiver and patient to a problem. The off position on the sound is a great idea for when the device is not in use, as it reduces battery drain.

broken and parts missing
Alarm I received had been opened and was broken with parts missing. And was not the alarm pictured above.

Needed additional part
When i purchased it i thought it was complete..it needs an additional attachment to work or else its use less. Disappointed i didnt get what i needed.

dissapointed
Was not as pictured on site. Missing magnetic pull cord. Missing battery. broken catch on back that secures mounting clip. Returned within hours to store.
