A great item for the whole family. I like how you can connect the blue tooth to your phone and get videos sent directly from flying above. The material is nicely made and has a good price point . I definitely recommend this product to everyone of all ages.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for myself to check out somethings on the roof of my house and also for some play time. I used it to check the chimney and the condition of a section of the roof. The setup was pretty easy considering I do not have any electronic ability. The drone took off and it was a very short time for me to master using it and what direction it was going. I've also used it to take some nice pictures hovering over a lake at a nearby park. Very nice item, adequately built and more fun to use than I'd thought.

The package said for 14-year-olds and older but my 10-year-old is figuring it out fast. I even tried it and didn't crash. The drones are rechargeable and the battery life when fully charged was 15 minutes to 20 minutes.

It has guards over the blades to protect them if you bump into anything. This comes with bade replacements. It does require a app to be downloaded to stream the built-in camera live video to your smartphone or tablet. It is fun to look down at your home and neighborhood.

Finding a drone that is easy to use and fly for a 14 year old isn't easy. My son was born with down syndrome and has always had a fascination with technology, however, it's been a struggle to find things that work for him. I am so happy we found this drone. It's been perfect and everything we were searching for. He has no problem working, flying, and handling this. He absolutely loves it and it is so easy to get started with. It's easy to use, charge and get started with. I love the big control and how easy it is for him to video stream with it too. He hasn't put it down since we have gotten it. I also love the smile that it puts on his face and that they made something for younger kids to easily use. We love it and highly recommend this particular drone.

This is my first and the main point I've learned is that it takes time commitment to foster the aerial navigation of a drone. After hours of practice, I cannot land on the dining table off the bar. I haven't graduated to flying by camera yet. I did take a look at the image quality and with a 0.3 MP camera, the pictures are low res. I doubt the images are worth it, but the fun you'll have trying to fly it is priceless.

this drone is good for 40 dollars, how much can you expect. It flies fast and handles well. It is not meant to be flown 200 ft in the sky, even though the box may advertise that it does. This is a fun toy to make your dogs chase around or to fly around indoors when you're bored. If you are new to drone flying practice in a grass field because you will crash . best indoors. Flies best at 50 ft outdoors .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were really excited to receive Sharper Image's Mach Drone with a camera and streaming video. The control panel is straightforward with a secure phone mount. The app downloaded easily on my Pixel 4 phone and was simple to connect and use. The instructions are clear and the video series to watch before flight was absolutely great and very informative. It was a still day, so once charged, we took the drone out for a test run and to get used to its controls. Even after adjusting for drift, the controls were a little tough to work with. It would seem I had it balanced and controlled but then would lose it quickly and had a few crashes. The 5th time of trying to keep it in "the invisible box" as the video recommends doing while acclimating, it shot way up, to the side and landed in a tall oak tree. Unfortunately, when we were able to get it loose, it fell from that height and met its demise crashing on hard pavement. As it made its skyward launch, I was able to snap a couple quick photos to test the camera which aren't very exciting as one is a neighbor's roof and the other is entangled in the oak. The photo quality is actually really decent though! Even though we had an unfortunate ending, there was actually a lot to like about it and might try again with a new one to see if we have better success.

After charging the battery overnight, on the first use, I was adjusting the trim at eye level. Then, this thing took off straight up and started drifting. I shut the speed control completely off, thinking it would come down. It did not. So I turned the controller off. It kept going, completely out of sight. Needless to say, I no longer have the drone as it left the county. I contacted Sharper Image and was told that they didn't manufacturer this particular product, even though it was in their box. So I contacted MerchSource, which was the distributor and the contact which came with the product. They told me to take it back to Walmart. Take back what? The stupid thing flew away on it own. Never again will I buy a Sharper Image product or anything distributed by MerchSource. Buyer be aware. Your money will literally fly away. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because there is no option for 0 stars.
