This is my second one. I liked the first so much, I stayed true to this company. The unit is very easy to use. Charge it, put the CPAP accessories and machine in the provided bag, plug it into the headgear hose, lay the headgear in the bag, zip it up, and let it cycle. The entire unit comes out disinfected and smelling great! If you don't want to clean the unit, just place the Headgear and hose in the Bag; it's so easy to do every day. This is so much easier than those big, tall cleaners that sit on the table beside your unit.

So easy to use. Hook up hose to unit, put all other items in bag, put the hose end in the bag zipping up around it so little air gets out and turn it on. Let it go thru the 20-30 minute cycle and things seem clean. You might want to let item air out a little after cleaning as the O2 is pretty strong smelling.

Very reliable and easy to use. Has three options for length of cleaning time—I use the 30 minute option every day. Battery recharges quickly with the included cord and USB adapter plug. I also like the navy blue and white color scheme! It is nice and small for travel, although I use it every day at home, too. Since I've started using these ozone generating cleaners I have no problems with getting germs from my hoses and CPAP. I've had two other CPAP cleaners and I like this one the best. It cost almost half of what my last cleaner cost, but works even better. It also ships quickly since the warehouse is in the U.S. I highly recommend this cleaner!

The unit seems to be well made and it did what it was advertised to do. My first cleaning finished near the time I was going to use my cpap. I was overwhelmed by the ozone smell and couldn't sleep that night. I'm not sure if cleaning in the morning and letting it air out all day makes a difference so don't be turned off completely. I gave it 4 stars because of the quality, ease of use and customer service but beware of the odor, it's very powerful.

The CPAP cleaning kit came in a badly damaged box. The instructions were hard to read and the adapters did not work with my CPAP machine. I recently received a new CPAP machine and was told by the instructor not to use this type of cleaning device because they can damage the valves over a period of time.

Never received my two items that I ordered over a month ago I paid $43 for please send them to me. I need them right away. I ordered the one the other day and I received it in two days but where's my other two

Can't seem to get it to work. I'm traveling and I need it to work. I can get it to work if I completely hold the button down. I'll try getting some customer support next
