The Sausage Maker DrySteak Breathable Steak Aging Wraps with Netting, 3 Count

Bought this because the videos and reviews suggested the wraps were easier to use than the competing umai bag. It was very easy (but not fool-proof) if you are gentle and patient with no vacuum sealer necessary. Even though I made 3 mistakes (1-trimmed some fat, 2- didn't put it on a rack for 2 weeks, 3-after putting it on a rack I put it in the meat drawer for 2 weeks... don't do any of those things), my rib roast still came out dry-aged and great after 45 days total. The only downside is that you can't really separate the wrap from the pelicle if you wanted to keep and use that.

Very expensive for what you receive

It does the job of aging. It was impossible to peel off all the membrane after aging. I wanted to render some of my trimming but a lot of the membrane wouldn't come off. I was disappointed.
