look I'll tell you what about 7 years ago I got some hugs hated them the heels would always collapse making it difficult to get on unassisted shoe horn hook whatever that was long enough that you could grasp and hook it with I ramble, one of the right shoe is just like this so I took a couple of zip ties to each pair to get the heel to stand up and through them in the dryer for 20 minutes and high heat to take the memory out of the shell of the shoe it lasted about 6 hours and the heel still collapses I wish manufacturers would put anything in there to hold that heel up thank you

I wear size 11, i bought size 11 and they fit like 12 to 12 1/2. I will be asking for a refund.
