I was kind of sketchy at first but I did a little research and took a chance and I'm glad I did . I thought the set up process would've been a breeze but wasn't but the help was on point big shout out to Sam for helping I really appreciated it and giving me tips on up keeping my machine Sam was very helpful and still answers me now if I need help which is a plus most places or ppl just help u then don't know more but Sam is my go to person on my machine but the machine is nice graphics is nice simple to learn I'm happy
Sam was the best he stayed up with me from 9pm until 11.45 pm he went step by step took the time to make sure i was good go! If you're looking at purchasing an DTF look no further!!!! 10/10
