product arrived on time. this looks exactly as described however it is very flimsy, some of black paint is already coming off. I needed a faucet right away but I can't recommend for the long haul. also the so called pot filler needs to be a bit longer. I'm glad to have a working faucet again but I'm not exactly pleased with this one

I would recommend if you fix the hose measurement. My old one is 3/8thd and that's what the details say on this one. But they are much too large.. I took a pic of my new one and old hoses together and as you can tell way Instructions are very vague also.

The little handle for turning water on and off or turn from cold to hot broke first day of ising it. The faucet is to close to edge of sink so it sprayes everywhere, with very little in sink. Instruction manuel does not exist as to show or tell you how to chanhe water from stream to spray or how to get the water from opposite direction of faucet as shown in the advertisement. The hose that extends to wash the sink or anything else down is very short hardly worth bothering with. Very didappointing product.

loved the looks of the faucet, however it kept leaking at the pulldown spray nozzle and the faucet at the swivel is leaning and looks like it is going to snap off

The faucet came in with Chinese male quarter inch connectors. We're having a hard time connecting this because they're not typical connectors and we've even purchased adapters to try to make it work but the water lines that came with the product are making this difficult. Please recommend US based adapter connectors since these are rare to find. If not I'm going to have to return this.

the stream spray only works if you hold it down there's no toggle button. the faucet part that runs is way too close to the sink. the whole faucet is very very flimsy

my faucet has already broken I turned on the water and the whole top portion flew off and water was spraying everywhere it's plastic underneath and has nothing to connect it to keep it together

I have had nothing but problems getting this installed by a professional. It took him two days to get all the parts and then when we turned the water on the spray, nozzle shoots off and will not stay screwed on even with tape.

I'm a DIY guy. I fix medical equipment professionally and installed this myself. Required roughly 6 trips to the hardware store since it wasn't built to be put in with most existing plumbing. then after less than a month of use, the top of the faucet shot off the part with the handle, turning my kitchen faucet into a kitchen gyser. I've currently got twine holding it together since I live in a remote part of Alaska and don't have readily available replacements...
