It works great for my car. Highly recommend it.

Never overheated like other comments say. My only issue was trying to install back camera but that's only because I didn't know what I was doing and was too proud to read directions.

The description shows a wide temperature range, implying that it uses a supercapacitor, but it does not. These are old stock with a tiny battery that does not hold a charge. The date and time resets and no settings are saved due to the battery dying after each use. It does come with a very long cable for the rear camera, which plugs into the front unit so you don't need a separate 12v plug.

Quality but need help with formatting SD card and until that's done cannot use the cameras. Front camera simple to install. I have a pick up so installing the back camera the picture was upside down. Had to take the mount apart. To get the correct picture. Great front and rear view.
