Pretty easy to get started. Doesn't come with the TF card it needs. I couldn't find one anywhere so I had to order online and wait for it. So that's inconvenient. The rear camera needs to be installed by a professional. No way I can figure that one out. So that will be an added cost. So it was a good deal to an extent but several added costs after purchase which is disappointing.

Good quality. Now, if i can figure out how to get it to come on automatically when I start the car.

Unit is okay. The clarity of the rear view camera leaves something to be desired. The cameras will not record constantly when driving. MicroSD card constantly needs to be reformatted as a 32 Gigabyte microSD card is insufficient for long road trips or extended use.

The cable for the rear view camera was too short so we are unable to use it

I like that it has 3 cameras however, I feel it is too overly simple and only does the bare essentials in monitoring and everything has to be done manually. also once the disk fills up you have to reformat the sd card to use it again. lack of wifi or Bluetooth option to download videos makes using the unit and getting the videos from the disk a hassle. The instructions included are a joke and barely even readable as the language is extremely broken. and half the features are not even available. I Will work until I can find a better alternative!

Setup was easy and learning the button operations was simple. Occasionally on start up I get a pixelated screen or it stops recording and I get an all green screen. Every minute or two, it cycles on and off, making a distracting chime every time it cycles. I've connected it to my PC, hoping there is was option to stop the cycling, I found none or a way change the picture it uses for background.

I agree with the lady name Esther. I was researching and seen her review and it just happen to me also. The camera work fine I like it but the power chord or car charger that came with it has gone out. I'm trying to ask the company if they will send me another one. I hope I get an answer.

power cord stopped working two months after purchasing. tested the car outlet just to be sure and the outlet works fine with other power cords including my phone charger. the camera itself is great, clear picture but wouldn't recommend due to the faulty power cord.
