Absolutely love this unit. Still haven't done the firmware update but so far it's been awesome.

Works well, but firmware update is mandatory
Works as expected... Android Auto and Apple Carplay is the same experience with any unit (once it is working). so it is good. All other features are ancillary, but the eq and balance controls are top notch. But, Android Auto is not installed out of the box, and required firmware update to have it. It is an easy process with a USB drive, but is absolutely necessary for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay to work. Would have been 5 stars if fully baked firmware was already installed.
