its a nice looking phone. it is to complicated for my 87 yr old mom to navigate. im 68 and wasnt sure how to work it. im returning it because it was not transferring my service to it. it maybe just need a different service to work but we didnt want to change.

Apparently won't work in the US
After trying to activate this phone, I came to discover that it is incompatible with all major carriers in the U.S., especially Verizon, with whom I was going to activate it. It is worthless in the U.S. DO NOT BUY IT FOR DOMESTIC USE. You'll be disappointed.

This phone can not be hooked up to cell service (typical call phone providers networks) as the software it uses or something like that is to outdated and can't be hooked up to use it! Not that it matters but the sim chip slots in the back are the huge ones! It was very disappointing to spend the money on this phone and new sim chips only to find put the phone is to outdated to use!!! The phone was nice and the color was perfect so itbwould stand out and not blend in woth objects as the senior citizen i purchased for was having this issue constantly!!! I dont not recommended purchasing this phone!!
