After reading the reviews, I was initially skeptical. I contacted the company to ensure my package hadn't been damaged during delivery. The tracking information was accurate, and I received the bike in good condition. The assembly process was straightforward; if you've never put together a bike before, it might take a little extra time. Whenever I had concerns, the company responded promptly, usually within 24 hours. I've ridden the bike for about 60 to 90 miles so far, and it has performed well. I definitely want to swap out some parts, but overall, it's been a good purchase. If I remember, I will provide an update in a couple of months.

Great bikes bought both the single motor and dual motor extremely happy with both. Easily put together in minutes and riding.

instructions are difficult to follow. especially the front wheel which does not fit without pulling apart the forks and forcing the wheel down. Battery charged in just under 6 hours. and first night drove it for about 15 minutes battery never dropped power bars still shows 100% lots of experimenting to do. pedals seem to high wish i could adjust this banana seat. the vendor using Walmart as a sales process, HiKeep sent a different bike than advertised and told me "its basically the same". I filed a complaint after they refused to take the bike back since it was not what we ordered. I cannot comment on the bike functionality as it is still in the box! Waiting on dispute to play out.

The e-bike was sent to my home damaged. The box was open front the side. I refused to accept the package. I didn’t want to take a chance of the bike being damaged. I can’t get a hold of Walmart or the vendor. It’s been two weeks.
