The product works fine but the audio quality is better on my 2019 chromebook

Must have up to your mouth. It gets only your voice. Nothing more can be heard, if you turn your head to look the other way it won't come through. Is good recording in silence and just your voice will come through if it is clipped close to your mouth, but not as clear as your phones mic.

Product doesn't work with my phone, it's was supposed be a plug and play device. But once I paired it with my iPhone Bluetooth it, required an additional app application. In which the device id part %23 isn't available? Therefore the device is useless to me..🤔

Broke before even using it once. The metal on the black connector broke off.
