I think the only thing that would make this product better instead of having two pieces of foam, have one piece that you can cut to length without the little plastic piece in the middle that had problems with those otherwise it's a perfect thing for the door keeps the cold and the bugs out

this was so easy to install and made a major difference in the amount of cold air escaping in the heat and heat staying in the house when i woke to 27 degrees! my only concern is how well the sleeve is going to hold up and look by the end of the season. i'll get back to you on that!

I live in an apartment building where my neighbors across the hall enjoy chain smoking cigarettes and weed almost as much as they like slamming doors and raising cain in the wee hours of the morning. The gap under my front door allowed the filth and stink of said neighbors into my humble home. The Duck Brand Double Draft Seal has adequately solved this problem. The only negative I have is that the elastic bands that hold it in place slide off every now and then....totally worth it.

This may have just been me not understsnding what this item actually did but in no way can this item be used to plug up the gap on the bottom of a door that is used to go in and out doors constantly. Not even for a quick fix. It consists of 2 Styrofoam pieces and a soft case to put them in. Then your supposed to cut the Styrofoam to size put the pieces in the soft case and slide it under the door sealing the gap. Except if you open or close the door the item moves so you are stuck adjusting it every time the door is used. I don't know maybe if the door isn't going to be used this might work but getting the rubber stopper that fits might be a better option that way the door can be used without having to adjust the Styrofoam.

These work great if there there is no thick carpeting in the interior of the exterior door. Prepare to lay some type of smooth runner for the roll to slide on inside or it will catch on the carpeting and roll under the door when opened. Thiner Burber carpeting is OK. They will not work if there is a thick weather thresh hold between the door and storm door. The door will not close. You can put one roll on the inside;but it tends to ride up the door, not keeping the draft out. Kind of defeats the purpose.

It's great if you have a small door. This item does not fit a 36" door from end to end. It's supposed to stop drafts so it should fit across the entire bottom of the door.

My apartment has steel entry door and a big gap between the hard floor and the bottom of the door and this product cannot fully block that gap underneath. i tried to insert additional paper towels to provide more bulk and blockage from the air outside but it's not enough. I probably will have to look for more foam to insert. Also, it is not wide enough for a standard door so I am not really sure if I am going to keep it on the door.

Cheaply made and doesnt fit normal size. door.plus if you have carpet on the floor this will definitely not work!!Spend the extra money and get something better....😮‍💨

I needed this, because I could see the outside sunlight shining under my backdoor. As soon as I got it, opened it up and placed it under my door, the strap that holds it up on the door broke and now it will not stay under the door. It keeps rolling, don't stay connected and bunching up. I haven't returned it yet, because it was a 2 pack and only one is dysfunctional.

I am returning this. It pulled apart trying to put it in place on the door. It was easy to put together and slide under the door. After lifting the elastic into place on the one end, then trying to lift it into place on the other end, the elastic pulled out of the fabric. This was poorly sewn and does function as meant to without the second elastic. With the elastic pulled out on the one end the unit pulls completely to the one side that has the elastic in place. I was happy to see this design, but equally unhappy when it came apart and I have to take it back.
