Duck Brand Rope Caulk - White, .125 in. x 35 ft.

This was easy to separate the caulking to your needs. Quickly applies and seal along the window. Stopping the cold air coming into the house. I hope to see a difference in my bill next month. Thanks!!

Perfect for the gap around windows and doors, keeping out those pesky insects. Really loved this great product from Duck!

I used this around my west facing windows, I can literally feel the heat coming through the windows during the summer. I noticed a huge difference right away! Definitely sticks and seals very well. I wish I would have known about this sooner!!

In the meantime, we used this rope caulk around the windows and doors to keep the draft out and to keep our energy bills down! It was a great help in both areas this past winter!

Just put this up on 2 windows. The picture on the package is deceptive. I had to carefully unroll the whole thing, then carefully cut the ropes apart with scissors. It sticks to itself, but easily pulls apart. I wish I had taken the time to clean the window frames first - and will do so for the rest of the windows. These were old, single pane windows. As I stood beside them, I could hear traffic noise as if I was at an open window. Then after I sealed them, the sound did lessen. Hope the draft does as well.

Moved into a new house and there were some gaps around the door. Bought this stuff thinking it would be a no brainer. Well, pulling the stuff off the roll and trying to get it in place it completely stretched out. No directions or suggestions on putting it in place. Didn;t know if I was supposed to smush it or just stick on. I finally decided to push it on. Not only did it not seal, but the stuff has completly fallen off the top frame. Sad results. Not that this should be complicated but I am either doing something wrong (which should be addressed with some sort of directions) or the stuff is just crummy Either way I am now stuck with it.

do not buy this product total waste of money. very disappointing. expected better from this company!!!! 1* because you cannot use no stars.

Would not seperate from the layer below . Yes it was at room temp. The layers stuck to each other. Unable to seperate the individual "ropes" from each other. Perhaps it was a poor batch. Found the material to have very limited flexibility.It stuch to itself much better than the window. Will not buy again or consider other products from this company.
