i am very happy i purchased this brand, we have an 8' x 10' rug in our living room the dogs slid around getting on and off furniture sovto end the tripping hazard we used the tape, its been a couple weeks and its still holding strong!!!!! great product!!!! i highly recommend this if your unsure, its perfect and holds up great!!!

I bought this because I"m 71 years old and I have throw rugs and runner rugs in my house. Nothing is more scarier than stepping out of your bathtub onto a rug on the floor only to have that run move and possibly cause you to fall. This is perfect to hold any kind of rug down and secure on the floor. I only cut about 2 inch pieces off of the roll and placed 1 piece in each corner of all of the rugs I have and it holds the rugs in place securely so there is not slipping of the rug when you step on it and no bunching up at the edges to cause you to trip over the rug.

This tape is strong. I used it to hold my new kitchen mats down cause they would slide all over the place whenever I stepped on them and just a little bit of this tape on the corners of the mats made them stay in place and I accidentally spilled water all over my kitchen floor soaking one of the mats and it didn't effect the tape at all. It's easy to unroll, it's easy to apply and the backing comes off easily.

it holds well, would definitely recommend. My puppy even plays thug of war and it still holding down for 2 or 3 months , The only problem I have is the dog hair hard to vacuum off with a hand held vacuum, never have I tried a regular full size upright vacuum It may work better if I had one

So if you have some dogs in your house that constantly run and move your rugs, this is a perfect solution. You simply put this on either end of your rug, and it holds it in place. Quick and easy and when you . decide to move your rug, you simply have to use soap and water, and the adhesive comes off.

I bought this to tame an incredibly annoying rug that refused to stay put. Since applying this tape, it hasn't budged a single millimeter! It's an amazing product, and you get a massive amount of tape for the price. Huge value, highly recommend!

I used this tape to help hold a cabinet liner. It holds well when the item is laying on top, the liner doesn't slip around. I had to wrap the liner under the shelf, and this didn't hold onto the liner at all. It kept falling down. I used tacky glue on this tape and press the liner up, and then it held. I know this isn't its original purpose, but the liner is not heavy, so if it suppose to have grip. I think it should have better grip.

This product is a thin grid of sticky glue with a gauge true of appearance. The top white protective material is especially difficult to remove to expose double sided top of product. Because it is so sticky it easily bends back upon itself and is unusable. Difficult to maneuver and I wouldn't buy it again.

it does stick and keeps rug in place. It does leave a mark on the floor where tape was and does take backing of carpet where tape was off.. I would rather it didn't do those two things but it does work in keeping rug in place. I have only used it sticking rug to lino.

We had a tough time with this carpet tape. After securing around the whole rug, it still doesnt hold as well as I would like it too. We have cats that run around and they have pulled up the rug multiple times while we used this carpet tape. Its not horrible but just not as strong as I was hoping it would be.
