Works perfectly and exactly as expected. The ergonomic handle is comfortable with a solid grip. I did notice a few reviews mentioning trouble with threading the tape, but honestly, these dispensers have had the same straightforward design for decades. If you're new to them, there are plenty of quick tutorials on YouTube (and even AI helpers these days) that make it a breeze. Once you see it done once, it couldn't be simpler.

I couldn't figure out how to use it at first because I didn't see a cutting blade. Poor eyes. There is a small black plastic protector sleeve covering the blade right below the clear shield. ** Be careful sliding cover off. Blade is shatp. Just don't forget to put the shield bk after use. Solid construction and just the right size for taping up big boxes.

I am always impressed by Duck manufacturers, they produce quality box tape that doesn't split while using. The Duck brand box tape is very user-friendly even when you forget to fold down a corner. Duck tape is easy to lift up from the roll so that you can continue taping. I will recommend Ducks and its manufacturers, it's a great buy. The box tape is very sturdy for packing.

Tape gun works great, like foam handle. Was in shipping business for over 35 years so I have a bit of experience. This one is highly recommendec of the many different ones out there. I wou.d put it right there at the top. High quality made, easy to use and easy to load with tape. Has a safety bar only bad part of that is it comes off instead of slips behind a bar. Going to be easy to lose then the blade will be open, they are very sharp. Easy to cut self. Other than that functions great. Perfect for moving, closing boxes or what ever you need.

Worked great after I finally figured out how to thread it. What the YouTube videos don't tell you is the razor edge has a protective edge. Took me a little longer to figure out what I was doing wrong. Then I laughed at myself but I wish it were spelled out with directions and I didn't have to search for the directions. Should be included.

what i don't like about tape gun it's Don't come with instructions on how to use or how to load the tape onto the gun itself .... which was very hard to figure out how used tape gun safety .... i had too search the internet for videos on how to properly use this product without getting hurt .... this why i giving very low ratting on this product .... i need tape gun too packing boxes for shipping .... gun its itself nice product but with no instructions was pain in neck go lookup ....

The delivery person for the first of two orders I placed called me at home when he was not sure of the address. The item was delivered and all I needed was the 2nd of 2 orders. The next item was to be delivered the next day, it was attempted to be delivered to the wrong address as the first one was. When the item was delivered to the wrong address, the package was not accepted, the item was returned to its original starting point, no communication, no refund, no item was ever delivered. I had an important delivery due date that required me to drive from NW Ohio to FT Wayne Indian, where I purchase the 2nd item I desperately needed. I do not trust Walmart online "shopping and shipping", and I will not use that service again.

I am handicapped and specifically requested for my order to be delivered on the side of my home by the garage. It's a corner lot %26 and it's more convenient for the driver since there's a driveway there. They didn't take the time to follow instructions. Booooo for you !!!!!

im moving soon and wanted to get ahead. this is NOT user friendly and the tape is super thin. so much so that every time one cuts ut, the tape comes out of the "dispenser section" and one has to fiddle to try find the end and lift it up and place tape back into place for the next stretch. there is no tension either so it's easier to use the tape with a pair of scissors. not impressed. clearly it was on special/clearance owing to bad quality. Not what I expected from a Duck product at all. your better off getting the disposable tape dispensers with tape on already.

the unit seems durable and the handle is soft to use. The tape holder seems too narrow in diameter. The rolls of tape just fall out of the gun when turned on its side. A REAL PAIN!!!!!!!!. The actual roller that you put the tape on is too small, but I put a strip of duct tape on the center of the roller to get me by for the time being. Poor Construction
