Sturdy and secure
True to advertised size, good bubble wrap layer that is not easily punctured. Adhesive strip is very durable and once applied does not release. Price is very comparable to other products of similar size and use.

this is a great padded mailer.
this is a great padded mailer. it was much stronger and durable than I thought it would be. plus it was easy to write on and also Place labels on.

usually I love the duck products but this particular packing tape with the it just it kept separating. it wasn't strong it it was unless it was a bad batch cuz I love duck product

Online ordering glitch
I continue to be frustrated with your online ordering system for pickup. If I forget an item, and it's too late to add to my existing order, I place a new order. Frequently, the system tries to charge me $6.99 for a pickup because my order is less than $35.00, even though I already have at least one order to pick up! This is VERY INFURATING since it doesn't happen all the time, but I don't know what triggers it.
