I thought I reviewed this previously, but here-goes: the specifications are incorrect, and the build is poor. I even asked the MFR, and they provided incorrect specs. This product is truly a 10" x 10" box with a 10" duct connector, and it's actually what I wanted...however, I had contacted support before I received it because the images showed what could only be a 12" x 12" box with a 10" duct connector. The company confirmed I was correct, so I ordered my grates/registers for 12" x 12." So, I had to plan to return the grates/registers, but the build of this product is not very good. If you are considering ordering it, you'll know your entire duct system needs to be sealed so you aren't blowing cold air into your attic, for example. The crimped connections on this product are...weak...for lack of an "acceptable" term, and anyone using one will need to spend 30 minutes or so crimping everything correctly, and sealing it. To be sure, you have to seal every "boot/outlet" you install, no matter the manufacturer, but this one...is excessive.

The item was 1/2" smaller than described. So the grille do not fit. I messed the seller to correct but they just insisted there no possible way they were wrong. "so there is no way that we shipped the wrong size "
