Pretty colors, simple for Easter eggs!
The colors didn't look like other dyes have in the past, we had to add food coloring to ours. We did like how each color came in its own cup!!
The color did not stain the eggs at all.
The eggs have now been in the cups for over an hour. The only color we see is light pink. Do NOT waste your money on this product.
It's the worst dye kit we have ever purchased. We always dye eggs on Easter as a tradition, and this year, I have a lot of upset children. We have purchased "coloring cups" numerous times, but I grabbed these when I saw they had the "Instant Color" thinking they would be brighter and better!! I was so wrong! They DO NOT color AT ALL!!! The pink dye was the only one that showed anything! After 45 minutes, my children were over it and in tears. Maybe I will be able to find a different kit later this week, and they can dye eggs another day, but it doesn't make things better today.
The only thing good about this kit are the cups and the wire egg dipper. The dye is worthless. We added our own dye to the cups, and eggs came out great...
Doesn't work. The dye pads are junk. Buy Paas.
This is the worst egg dying kit ever made. The tablets don't work. Waste of money
1 star is generous! I grabbed these quick as I hadn't had time to unpack my normal cups this year's. I was intrigued by the idea of the color pads vs tabs, but seriously do not waste your money. The water turned light shades of each color and after the eggs soaked 5 minutes only the pink had any color and it was faint. Waited a few minutes longer and still nothing. Ended up having to add food coloring to get some color.
The product used instant color dye pads instead of the traditional dye tablets. This may have been a new technology, but it definitely was not a success. We only saw mediocre results on the pink dye after about an hour. I don’t like writing negative reviews, but want people to be aware.
