I would recommend this product.
Good product, has held up well, typically put on 20 - 25 miles a week during the winter and have had the first pair for over two years, easy to put on, just bought another set for a friend.

All in all IF you want a simple, real good, spike type grip for you feet while walking this is it. I purchased two pair this year after wearing out my pair I had for five years. Rubber broke from a lot of wear in the winter.I Tried other types but these are right priced and easy to put on most any shoe, women or men and they hold excellent.

Excellent and great traction
they are relatively easy to get on my running shoes (Size 10.5-Women's) They stay on and don't squish my toes.
