DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FACTORY BUYS DIRECT!!!!! I bought my logs from Factory Buys Direct but did not have them immediately installed as we were renovating our kitchen, new gas lines had to be run for that so we waited to have the logs installed. Found out as they were being installed that I was shipped the correct logs but the wrong chassis, called they told me it was outside the return window but that since I was sent the WRONG item they would issue me a shipping return so I could send it back and they would send the correct one....That was on November 28th, I called a week later when I still had not received the email with the return label and here we are December 13th and I am on hold with them as I type. My next step will be calling VISA and dispute the charge for the logs if I do not get the correct parts.
