Was delivered at 12 pm and had it fired up by 2pm ! Not hard to assemble and logs numbered made guess work go away. Haven't set up remote yet but looking forward to forward to not having to get on knees for lightning

Great looking set of ventless gas logs!! Very Happy. I wanted a set with a remote control/thermostat for 10 years, I found this great deal and jumped on it. The logs look great, there are 9 of them and the "embers" burning below the logs really do look real. Remote with turn off and on and is also the thermostat when using thermostat mode. The set is not as tall as my old set, I raised the set up about 2 inches with some metal 2x4 studs. Looks great, remote is awesome and I am very happy!

Received gas logs in a timely manner, the assembly time was approximately 45 minutes. I have experience as a plumber so gas connections werea a breeze after purchasing the needed items from the hardware store. We have a larger than normal fireplace so we ordered the 30 inch ventless gas log set and it looks great even without being lit. My wife loves the way it looks and it puts out a sufficient amount of heat for our space that is approximately 500 ft. The Remote control works well and instructions for assembly were well thought out. All in all we are very satisfied with our purchase of the gas logs from Duluth Forge

We had to call the company because the remote wouldn't work. The company is sending a whole new box due to the regulator being out.

Placing the logs is the LAST part of the installation process; the logs were NOT the ones that I ordered. One log was broken in half, but all were neatly double wrapped, so seeing them beforehand was not on the installation directions. The logs were not ceramic, but some form of plastic foam ; each log, no matter the size, weighed ounces. And the heat, hah.... you can stand by the fireplace and barely feel heat, so heating a room, much less a house, is totally out the question. I am so disappointed; I can't return it because I couldn't pay another $120 to have another one installed and there would have been NO WAY to have ever repacked it to return it. Next time I order anything of this magnitude, back to Amazon I go with their return policy.

Unhappy with fireplace logs! They look cheap and have a big gap between the logs that looks bad! Extremely unhappy with this purchase!!!!!

This item never arrived. Over 30 days, it shipped but hung up in transit as of now, still. No information provided what might be wrong, will it arrive or not. After 30 days of being “in transit”, I had to give up.
