I have arthritis and the softness helps my fingers. They are a little long they are made more for a man's hand. Overall I like the feel and am very happy with them.
Love these soft hand weights with straps. Good quality and I think if the straps could have a velcro to adjust would have fit the description adjustable better. I guess because they are soft is why they called them adjustable.
These are wonderful, the right size, so easy %26 comfortable for me being a woman, %26 I use them instead of Velcro ankle weights that are too heavy %26 hurt my ankles horribly. These are easy, effective %26 I have no pain. I am so happy with them!🤗
