I always buy Duncan Hines cake mixes. They are THE bestPillsbury and Betty Crocker have decreased the weight of their mixes and they'd do not raise as well as D Hif using other brands I have to add nbaking powder flour and sugar to get the same result as Duncan Hines. It's a no brainier for me buy the best and no extra work!

Duncan Hines Classic Yellow Cake Mix
I love the Duncan Hines Classic Yellow Cake Mix! Sometimes I use it as directed to make a cake. Other times, I slightly adjust the recipe to make pumpkin bars or peanut butter bars. Then, other times, I add bananas, change the recipe again, and make banana bread!

BEST HOMEMADE CAKE PERIOD!!
This is the BEST homemade cake you can make period!! Not only does the cake taste GREAT, but the price is VERY AFFORDABLE!! The batter to make is very easy as well, if my memory serves me correctly all you need to add are water, eggs, oil, the mix and butter and maybe not even butter!! The cake comes out spongy and moist when cooked to the directions, and the yellow color of the cake goes well with just about ANY kind of frosting!! This is a cake that can be presented at a birthday or for any occasion really!! Spices are NOT needed when cooking this cake, it does just fine on its own!! Thank you Walmart!!

Not only is it dye free, it is so light and fluffy and delicious! It turned out perfect! Yellow cake is a family fav and this will be my new go to!

Best cake mix in my opinion. I always keep it in my pantry. It is tasty with a butter flavor. I always use it when I'm cooking a cake.

Duncan Hines has changed their ingredients so much, the cakes do not taste the same. So disappointing. With the changes of the ingredients the cake is too spongy and airy. Just not good tasting. I have found a way to make it taste like it did years ago. Looking forward to trying it out. If it doesn't work, I guess I'll start making my cakes from scratch.
