now I never tried this cornbread before Dolly Parton and Hines is covering it it was a little different it's not just the Jiffy Mix up or Dave's I love Dave's jalapeno cornbread mix up oh you had to add an egg to this and milk and butter I like to use the powder butter that always works good for me I don't have to melt it or nothing and it goes in greatness great on popcorn, but this was good I did the Crusty before it was like cake now this was moist but it was still hard cornbread and I let it cook a little bit longer cuz I like it crunchy you know a little bit hard on the outside but not burnt and I what I made was feta cheese with onions and baby spinach you mix it up all in with the cornbread after you get it mixed together just throw it in there and mix it up they had a jalapeno cheddar recipe on the back but I use Dave's I think I mentioned it Dave's jalapeno cornbread it's so good, but I didn't enjoy this you know like it's just me and it and I have a little cornbread pan that I cook it in and I get so many triangles and I have to think I had three small pieces last night for supper yeah if you try this you will probably like it I mean it all depends some people make their own I'm not a big cook and you know and bake and stuff so I just wanted to make that dish it's a great dish with the spinach and the onions and the feta cheese and the cornbread and like I said this cornbread was a little different but it was good I never had to use an egg or milk in it so I wasn't sure how it would be but it was delicious

Finding good cornbread mix has become harder than it should be. In fact, I just stopped making it because it was a waste of money. A friend from church brought some of these to a small gathering and sent some home with my beautiful bride. She'd made them in mini muffin pans and WOW! These are awesome. Bought this 6 pack and was happy with the price too.

Love this stuff! I had always used the little boxed stuff for muffins but tried this at Thanksgiving. Made the best Jalapeno corn bread ever. I am a convert!

I loved this cornbread mix! it was super easy to make and cooked great! I had some left over and was able to make cornbread stuffing with it - also super delicious !

These are the best Baking Mixes! Simple and easy with excellent flavor and is very moist. The blueberry mix was tasted better than the Martha Stewart recipe!

Tried for years to figure out how to make my moms sweet cornbread. She never measured anything. Never wrote anything down. I could never get it right. Saw this in store and thought I'd try it. Comes pretty dern close.

So delicious but I'm Not sure what's going on bc I had two boxes and I baked them both times in 8x8 disposable pans. Both times the middle was still goopy and undercooked when the bake time was done. I had to add about 15 min extra bake time to get the middle somewhat solid.
