The best tasting cookie mix ever!! Taste just like a lava cake cookie! The creme filling isn't too sweet either. It was a very good outcome. Definitely reccomend!
Instructions was very easy for my 13 yr old, cookies came great taste really good, wish it was more flavor "Sugar Cookie with Strawberry filling, butter scotch filling. Wish schools was open these cookies would be a big hit at schools bake sale.
It's easy to make and I have gotten many compliments.
Had such a blast making these. Bake instructions were right on,
I really liked these. My niece gave me the Cookies and Cream kit, I was skeptical at first, but they turned out great and very tasty. I think you should make some slight changes to the directions; the egg should be room temp. Add the water to the egg and beat, then slowly add the just melted butter to the egg/water while mixing, then add the dry pouch to this mixture. The cream was better than in Oreos. The cookies are very rich, and a deep chocolate. I really do not understand the bad reviews, maybe they had loss of taste from covid.
It is a very easy to follow kit that makes decent tasting cookies. HOWEVER, there are not enough sprinkled to cover all the cookies and the cream is DISGUSTING. I wish I was joking when I say it smells and tastes like mayonnaise. If you buy this, bake the cookies and eat them. Do not use the cream. Make your own or just eat the cookies. Trust me on this.
The idea is fun, kit is easy, and my daughter loved helping. The smell before baking and the taste after baking, however, made them not so fun to eat.
I followed the instructions exactly and used One tablespoon as it said to get 24 even portions to make the smaller cookies which would be 12 with an exact measurement I only got 14 cookies which makes 7 total and it's supposed to make 24! Bad representation WIL NOT BUY AGAIN!
I bought this with the joy of fulfilling my family with so yummy treats! Was the easiest dough I've ever made . But when I tell you the cream. THE CREAM TASTE LIKE BURNT TIRES. The absolute biggest disappointment of my life. My friend insulted me and left my home immediately after eating this banger!
We have made some of these Epic kits and liked them. We were excited about this one because we all like cookies and cream. But the cream was really gross. My husband and I both thought it had a chemical taste to it (like the way cleaning products smell). My son said he liked the cookie but said he didn't like the cream filling either. We had 8 people try these when we made them, and no one liked the cream. I didn't even eat mine after a bite or two. Yuck. Just wondering how this kit got approved. Just FYI, the cream filling is premade in a packet that you just cut open and use, so there is no messing it up as far as making these. It comes pre-gross, haha. The cookie part seemed fine (as I wrote, I couldn't eat the rest after tasting the cream). I actually looked these up to see how they were reviewed because they were kind of shockingly not good.
