Duncan Hines Keto Friendly Blueberry Muffin Mix, 8.5 oz.

We liked this very much. But we altered it. Blueberry this and that never has enough blueberries for my mother. I divided the batter into 12 muffin cups, not 9. I pushed in about 5 or 6 fresh blueberries per muffin. This did not alter the baking time for me. This did increase the net carbs, but it was still soooo much lower in carbs than a regular muffin. The extra blueberries made us both happy. Mom could eat 2 of them and not get anywhere near to setting off the glucose alarm like a regular muffin does. I've made it twice like this.

As a former heavy-duty, from-scratch-exclusively baker, I can attest that these are FABULOUS. The key to satisfaction is the fact that I haven't had real sugar and flour for a year. Nor do I eat substitutes - just whole foods. So having been without for such a long time really changes the perspective on the product for my family and makes them a real treat. For medical reasons, we can't eat such goodies but around 4 times a year. Worth every dollar not to come up with the mix myself. :)

The Duncan Hines Keto mixes are fantastic for diabetics. If you are new to them, it's remember these are almond based. They have that ground nut texture, not smooth wheat texture.

WOW. These muffins are spectacular. I typically stay away from “keto” desserts and things like this because they're never good. These are my new favorite addition to my diet. Buy them!

Suprisingly good for sugar free. I did add some fresh blueberries to the batter for a bit of extra taste. I would buy again. Only con is i wish the price was a bit cheaper.

Love this product!!! I add a scoop of blueberry protein powder to add extra protein to the muffins…Yummy and healthy for my diabetic husband and for me a healthier option on my health journey!!!

Trying to feed my family while doing keto is super difficult, but when the blueberry muffins taste almost as good as the “real deal” it helps a ton. I've made plenty of keto friendly recipes and this one (straight from a box) is yummy and easy. No weird aftertaste and mouth feel is pretty good

I love the fact that the muffins are low carb. Keep them on freazer and warm as warm as i want one. Great taste!!

These are great. They back up very nicely and are very moist how you expect a muffin to be. The only thing I am not a fan of is going to be the texture of the blueberries that come dehydrated on the mix. I feel they don't fully rehydrate and keep that crunchy dry consistency.

these are very good if you're wanting cake or a muffin but still low carbs they don't have an aftertaste they have wonderful blueberries all throughout I add extra butter to make sure they say moist
