If you're not a cream cheese fan, you can probably stop reading right here because this frosting isn't trying to convert you. But for those of us who hear the words "cream cheese dessert" and immediately start paying attention, this stuff is fantastic. What I love most is that it's the whipped version. Traditional frosting can sometimes feel heavy and overly dense, but this spreads easily, glides smoothly over cakes, and has a much lighter texture. It still delivers that rich cream cheese flavor without feeling overwhelming. The flavor is what really won me over. It tastes like cream cheese frosting should taste—not just sweet frosting pretending to be cream cheese. There's enough tanginess to balance the sweetness, so it doesn't cross into that overly sugary territory that leaves you regretting your life choices after two bites. If you're making a carrot cake, spice cake, red velvet cake, or honestly anything that pairs well with cream cheese frosting, this is an easy recommendation from me. Definitely a winner.

Great flavor, easy to spread out on a cake or surprisingly enough, even cupcakes, and I absolutely love it with the Butter Pecan cake mix, but Red Velvet is a very close runner-up💯❣️❣️

It says 15% more but there is no way that there is an extra amount in there. Maybe 15% less because it didn't cover the cake like it should have. I've used the same icing for a while in this last one should have had way more in the container.

I didn't care for the flavor, but somebody else might care for it. There's not much more. I can say about it really you'd have to try it. See if you like it.

This is just OK. I bought because I thought it would be tasty on some chocolate cupcakes. It did NOT taste like real homemade cream cheese frosting. I think I'll stick to homemade when it comes to cream cheese frosting.

Recently I tried Duncan Hines Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting, and unfortunately, it didn't meet expectations. The texture and spreadability were exactly what you'd want—light, smooth, and easy to work with. No issues there. However, the flavor was very disappointing. Instead of a tangy, cream cheese taste, the only flavor that came through was butter. There was little to no cream cheese flavor at all. I even had my husband try it, and he questioned whether the wrong frosting had been put in the container because it tasted more like plain buttercream. In the end, I had to mix in actual cream cheese just to get the flavor I was expecting. While the consistency is great, the lack of true cream cheese taste makes this hard to recommend as-is.

Surprisingly yucky. Really liked the overall whipped texture - that met expectations, but I was very disappointed with the taste. Did not taste like cream cheese icing to me AT ALL. Not sure how to describe it, but not good. As cheap as I am, I tossed it.

I am very disappointed with this product. I decided to buy canned frosting because it's a lot easier than making it from scratch. Next time, I will take the time to make it myself.
