Great Service and great product
The item was ready on the same day after I ordered. Good service too when I picked it up.

Poorly made
Within 5 minutes of opening the package the string came off and we had to spend 20 minutes re-threading and tying it. After another 24 hours of use it happened again and keeps happening. In addition, you can't specify color when you order. However, I am not sure that really matters because the paint all chips off anyway. My recommendation is spend the $25 on better model. We have the better ones and after weeks of play no string issues and the paint is still perfect!
