Even though it is made where milk products may be present, my granddaughter who is totally lactose intolerant can eat and enjoy it. I like it as well. it has a short shelf life, but it tastes so good we don't have to worry about it.

Holds stuff good
I use it for sandwiches, for double or tripple burgers, cheese sandwiches and holds pretty well, it doesn't fall appart.

Meh taste - okay texture
Not my favorite tasting wheat bread. Texture is okay though- soft and fluffy. Not good tasting though. I'd rather eat Dunford's white bread.

I don't like Dunford bread, I would have rather have got Wonder white bread.

Moldy
Bread started getting moldy 6 days before best by date. Bread was not stored in heat or in the sun. I expect better quality from a more expensive bread. Guess ill be going back to our previous buy
