The glue is literally frozen like ice I can't use and why they sent the bad glue I need my money back

Received this, but it was drued uo glue!!! Not usable at all.

DO NOTTT RECCOMEND
Hurt my eyelashes so bad and ripped most of them out. The glue is rock hard hurt when I shut my eyes.... got them done by a proffesional but i took my own glue which was this one. Never again.
