So far this way of getting my vitamins is super easy. Just put a patch on hip, back or shoulder and go. Only been using for a week so I haven’t had my vitals checked since starting patches vs pills. If my levels stay good, I will continue using the patches instead of having to swallow or chew pills every day. I put my patches on at night for 8 hours and take them off when I get up in the morning. I checked the stated amounts in the patches against the stated amounts in the chewable vitamins and they match up good. I use 4 patches since I added Biotin, Vitamin D, Multi Vitamins and B12 Energy Plus. The patches are 1.5” square and easy to hide under clothing.

I like how convenient it is to use the Bariatric Pal vitamin patches vs pills. I have been doing a better job remembering to use the patches. With vitamin tablets I had a tendency to miss doses...not wanting to take them all at once. With the patches, I put them on in the morning and forget about them. Thanks for a great product!

After my surgery I did really well with taking all the vitamins that I needed to take but as time went on it got harder and harder to remember my vitamins. With the patches I just put them on in the morning and don't have to worry about again for the rest of the day. This bundle makes it so easy to do what I need to do. Glad I found them!!

Love the fact that taking vitamins have been made so easy, and that I am filled with so much energy. Before would rarely take vitamin in pill form felt too much like a chore and didn't feel like body was absorbing much of the nutrients, love these vitamins

I love this product. I was getting tired of taking my vitamins as well as other medications every day. I wish I had found your site earlier cause it was a struggle swallowing those horse sized pills in order to get enough nutrients in my system especially as I have anemia issues. Thank you is not enough.

I just tried these patches today and so far so good. I was concerned about the adhesive because my skin is very sensitive, but I have had no reaction so far. I'm hoping my bloodwork is good for my first postop bloodwork,I would LOVE to continue with these.

This is my first set of patches. My surgery is coming up next week. I'm excited to see if these work and I won't have to chase down multiple pills for vitamins. I can't say how well it worked until I have my first blood work after using. only used them for 8 days so far.

I was having issues figuring out how to get all my vitamins in. Still having thyroid issues I couldn’t take iron and calcium for four hours after taking my thyroid meds. Then iron and calcium can’t be taken together...not to mention the taste of a lot of chewable vitamins. The patches make it so much easier and I don’t have to worry about times anymore with the patches. I can tell I have much more energy and I just put them on once and forget it.

I have been using these patches for over a year now and LOVE THEM!!! However, they have changed the patches. They are now on a clear sheet and the type adhesive has changed. The new patches are harder to pull off and are causing rashes on my stomach. Has anybody else has this problem? Any solutions? I don't want to go back to pills.
