Walmart Marketplace Fail
Product arrived without the spray nozzle. When I filled out the online return form, I was sent a template email with a complicated return process instructing me to ship back the product at my expense(which I don't think you can do since it is considered a hazardous container). I then contacted the customer service number listed in the email. The customer service is outsourced to a 3rd party who told me she would have to reach out to the warehouse to "get permission" to send a return shipping label. How ridiculous! And also a negative review of Walmart's terrible search capabilities that make it near impossible to find what you are searching for - even if it is by part number.
