The package of batteries was taken by the delivery driver after I was notified my package was delivered. The driver loitered at my door, then left. I am an Army veteran and amputee and watched in my door bell camera as the delivery driver black hair and facial beard in an orange vest, an ID badge, blue shirt and tan shorts left and picked up my package on the way out my gate.

I ordered the batteries that come on a card and are easily accessible. That was what was pictured on the site. What I received was a boatload of batteries on little cards that have to be cut open, which is very difficult for seniors across the country. I'm sure with arthritic hands and low hand strength, I should not have been sent any substitutions!
