In return for a review of there product Duracell sent me a four pack of AA batteries. I am very pleased with how long these last compared to the store brands I usually buy. I checked the pricing and even though the Duracell brand is a little more expensive I consider it to be worth the price because of how much longer they last. I would recommend them. I have to say I don't purchase batteries often, it may be my generation, and it may be just the evolution of electronics now. I wish I had gaming controllers that still used them to really put these batteries to the test, those things ate batteries left 'n right with the hours I put in to those. However, there are a few things in my home I still purchase batteries for that I need reliability for the long term. My smoke detectors and my wall clock! It's no bueno when those batteries go out. I definitively say these are going to outperform or outlast other battery brands in these devices in the 45 days I've been using them. What I can say is my opinion on these batteries, as a consumer, money no object, I would purchase Duracell solely on my feeling that these are the top tier name brand batteries. In my 28 years of living, their marketing campaigns have ingrained this in my head and have yet to be disappointed. Its nice to have this guarantee. When I buy batteries when running our ot low, I buy them and put them away for next time, whenever that will be. Not having to worry about them dying sitting in a drawer is great, and another things to not worry about. These are going into the travel trailer for camping as backups. I received the AA batteries as part of a promotion from Duracell. I am not a loyal buyer of any one type of battery, usually the cheapest one available. Duracell Coppertop All-Purpose alkaline batteries are long-lasting batteries that you can depend on to keep your devices running when it counts most. I've tried many other brands, and sometimes they can be cheaper in price, but I have found that they don't last as long as Duracell batteries. I was given a free pack of these batteries from Duracell, and I promptly placed one inside of my battery operated razor. Typically, a battery will last about 2 weeks before the razor loses power, but I'm 4 weeks in and the razor shows now signs of slowing down! I would highly recommend these batteries to anyone. I like the duracell coppertop batteries. They last a long time and rarely have problems. Generic batteries definitely get the job done, but I've sometimes had shelf-life issues with them (oozing after a year or two), but not with duracell. These Duracell Coppertop batteries have convinced me that this is a brand I want to remain loyal to. I have been using these AA batteries in my electric razor for a few weeks now and the power has been consistent at full power without any problems. They have already lasted longer than any other batteries I have used in my razor before! I love these and will continue to use! I never thought I would get excited about a battery before but I have to say, these are pretty awesome compared to the ones I normally buy that only last a few days or sometimes hours! They are also very reasonably priced considering the quality. Duracell guarantees that your Coppertop batteries will last up to 10 years in storage! Bonus! The battery package had been opened and the batteries were all loose in the box. Question if they're any good. Plan to check them with a tester... Will let you know.
