Duracell Hearing Aid Batteries, Size 13, 8 Pack

I love Walmart pick up! I thought they gave me the wrong batteries but after checking my order it was me who ordered the wrong ones. Pick up sure makes life a lot easier!

I like these hearing aid did not receive them weds I need them you was out I do not like the child proof container I am a very senior citizen it is very very hard to get a battery

I did not receive this container of batteries. Instead I got a very difficult to open pack. They are the correct size batteries but I was not notified of a substitution. The packaging is terrible!

The package of batteries I received was not what I ordered. The one that I ordered was as in the picture but the one I received was not. This package of HA batteries is very difficult to open and almost impossible to use! The case is unusable and the tabs on batteries too short. Getting the batteries out of the case is very difficult.

I ordered a particular type and style of delivery for size 312 hearing ate batteries because of ease of changing batteries I received size 13 in a difficult packaging that is very difficult to use with my arthritically inflamed hands . Since I opened the package without looking at it and forced one battery out, I won't return them. But will attempt to buy what I need elsewhere today

I was charged for these batteries but did not receive them in my order. I attempted to ask for a refund and received a message that I needed to return the product for a refund. It's pretty much impossible to return a product that I never received. I attempted to email Walmart support regarding the issue and received a notice that the email address is not monitored. There should be an option on the refund page for products we pay for but don't receive.

I was sent the wrong size hearing aid batteries. I need Duracell 312 and was sent Duracell 13. They won't fit in my hearing aids.
