Bought it in Miami January for a rental in. No complaints so far

Although it arrived looking like it had been through a war zone, the unit was undamaged and worked fine on installation. The unit is much quieter than the one it replaced. I am pleased with the unit.

I just finished the installation today, the hardest part was cutting the whole in the stucco wall The instructions for installation were perfect, very evident that they were written in the USA. The shop is just under 300 sq.ft. I am hoping the 10,000btu will take care of our 110 degree summers.

For my business this unit works great. We have tried different brands but this one works best, it fits in the wall good and looks so nice from the front. The remote allows it to be turned on from anywhere in the room. I am very satisfied and have purchased several units and plan to purchase more !

I had no knowledge of this brand prior to researching for replacement of old AC unit. Kept me cool throughout summer months. Would buy again.

Purchased to replace Friedrich wall units a/c (no longer operable). I was blown away with the excellent cooling capacity, dependability, efficiency and quiet. Fit perfectly with included trim kit and is as good or better than brand name at such a lower price point. I purchased different btu's to accommodate different rooms with various square foot sizes (important to cool properly). I highly recommend Koldftront

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with this purchase. We needed to replace an older wall air conditioner and this unit more than delivers. It cools an open area of 675' in our home with no problem. We especially enjoy the remote as there is no need to get up to adjust or turn on or off the unit. Installation took very little time since we already had a wall cutout from the previous unit. If needed I would buy the same again.

The sleeve has been installed into the wall and A/C put in. The included trim piece does not contact the wall around it's edge. There is a 3/4 inch gap. We made sure the A/C unit is all the way to the rear of the sleeve. I even removed the foam strips at the inside rear of the sleeve hoping the A/C would slide further back. But this did not help.
