This cord works great! We use it outside for lighting on a stage. Waterproof, heavy duty.

Faulty cord. No help from Customer Service.
About the product itself, I received it Saturday, but it's not quite what was advertised. The extension cord I ordered and received specifically states on this product page: https://www.walmart.com/ip/DuroMax-XPC12100C-100-Foot-12-Gauge-Triple-Tap-Extension-Power-Cord/183102784?athbdg=L1100 "This DuroMax Power Cord features lighted ends for easy hookup of power and to know when the cord is plugged in to the power source." That tells me both ends of the cord are supposed to light up when plugged in. The triple tap outlet lights up fine. But despite the plug also being translucent, it does not light up when I plug it in. I need you to reconcile this. If it's a faulty cord, then you need to send a replacement and provide a return label so I can send the faulty cord back.
