Honestly, I was surprised. The Dutton-Lainson DL1402A Plated Pulling Winch is top notch and top quality. Installation was a breeze and the fit was perfect. I have had the opportunity to use it several times and am impressed with the ease of operation. Also, this was what I consider a very reasonable price for this product. Thanks to Walmart for carrying this product and the speed with which they delivered it to me.
