Okay, I purchased this fan for my bedroom. Has a remote ,8 blades, lights led . My issues is the led light panel ... Only 1/4"of the lights worked 1st time We put it up.I was devastated. So, as of now 1/24/26 I am still waiting for a resolution and for a new lite . When it gets resolution Ivwill change my ratings.

Had to hire Electrician to run wire and set up. Fan would not work, so I contacted the seller on different occasions. They were supposed to contact me and also send a video and a file on their handbook to me, but they never did. Walmart was supposed to give me a refund and they didn't. Two persons went over fan instructions in order to get remote to work with reciver. Instructions there was a button to press so we can turn on, but once I finally spoke to seller they said there was no button to press. That is why they were going to send video and they never did.

Does not put out ANY air! Have tried everything!
Disappointed in this product! Have worked on it for hours and still wobbles and puts OUT ZERO AIR!
