D.Y Weazel Ball Weasel Ball Toy

This is a fun interactive toy but I do wish that the ball was made of a softer material because dogs tend to grab the tail and swing the ball and it is a hard hit in the face and if they let go, any nearby object is in danger of being hit/broken so supervision while playing with this should be taken:

The plastic strip connecting the weasel to the ball was not fully attached, and I had to reinsert it. The movement of the ball isn't as random as I had hoped, and sort of gets caught in a loop, and too easily stuck in a corner. My cat wasn't very interested in it, and really didn't engage with it much. I think she was intimidated by the size of the ball (which was larger than I expected), and she's not real fond of hard things bumping into her face. I'm glad I didn't spend very much for it.

It moves much slower than my cats would like. They get bored of it after a couple minutes because it moves slow and unnaturally in circles. its a great idea but could use some tweaking to make it worth the money.

Well, first of all it took a long time to get here. Then, the package had been opened already! Why? We then went to insert battery, and the battery door was broken! The tiny metal contact that makes the thing work was also broken! Can you imagine opening an item, breaking it, then closing the package back up and returning it! But the company could see the package had ALREADY been opened but shipped it to someone else anyway! So it was a waste of money. We tore off the furry tail to keep as a (very expensive) cat toy and just threw the ball away.

It didn't last one week. It is a great toy, but my puppies' teeth chewed right through the little connection between the ball and the weasel! They could make it with something stronger! My Cavachon puppies were not quite 10 weeks old. I would buy it again if it was made differently!

The screw to the battery cover stripped right away, rendering the whole thing useless

Why tf do I need two different screwdrivers to put batteries in it? 😭

Very hard to put batteries in. Poor instructions. When finally figured it out, it barely works. Very disappointed
