DYMO M25 Digital Postal Scale, 25-Pound Capacity

The unit itself seems to be made very well. The surface that you place your package on could be a little bigger.. On the plus side it has a 'hold' button that keeps the weight of your item on the LCD screen after you remove the package. I use it for mailing items I sell on online auctions, with that said, I'm able to actually weigh about 97% of the items I mail out.

I bought this product specifically for the Insta Rate software and come to find out that they discontinued that feature. It would of been nice if they remove this off the shelf and replace it with a scale that don't show that feature. I'm going to return this back to the store............!!!!!!

Whoever decided to have an auto shut off after 3 minutes should not be in product design. You can't even finish packing a box before it shuts off. Then you have to reset ship station, which makes this product useless. You should offer a refund to everyone who bought this and can't use it since you didn't disclose the stupid auto shut off feature on the box. Nobody in their right mind should buy this product. Seriously why would you make a scale that shuts off automatically after only 3 minutes when plugged in????

I bought this scale because it was the size I needed and I believed it would be a great help to me! It worked great all the times I used it - maybe 2 dozen times! I bought this on May 31st, 2015 (Today is Sept 18, 2016) and I always took great care of it. When finished, I would put it back in it's original box. I am 60, on limited income and can not afford to re-buy things. Well, last week I sent a small package to Australia. It weighed only 1 pound, 9 ounces. after I was done weighing my package, I put it away like I always do. Today I went to weigh a small letter...The scale was "on" but would not register any weight...I tried weighing other things thinking the letter might be too light. Nope...nothing! I am so upset as I can not afford to send it out for repairs, or buy another...The warranty has expired. This should have lasted YEARS! It has never been mis-used or dropped or left in heat or cold! I am so, so upset! I will call the company Monday, but it is unlikely that they will help me...It is not even 1 1/2 years old! I expected this scale to work a lot longer! Very disappointed...Very! :(

The scale is nice looking and gets power from USB. But my computer doesn't seem to know it's there and Ship Station also does not see it. It's very expensive for just a scale. I paid for the connected capability.

The Dymo M25 model does NOT come with online support. If you cannot find a free app to work with the scale you will have to manually compute it yourself. DYMO does NOT have a support program for this scale.

I bought the scale a few weeks ago and I am very happy with it.

This garbage goes to sleep every three minutes. I then have to wake the garbage up and restart all of the software that is dependent on a scale. If you are in the middle of processing a shipment it will go to sleep and you can then start the process over from the beginning. Someone needs to fix this device it's unusable now. Save your money and buy a product that will stay powered by design.

Shuts off even before 3 minutes. Not practical for shipping stations. I purchased 8 and now need to change them out.

The DYMO Pelouze ze M25 Digital USB 25LB Postal Scale is just what I was looking for--to measure a wide range of things besides items for mailing or shipping. Used one of these for years and years, with satisfaction, in my own small business.
