These lights are wonderful! I love that you can set the light to the "temperature" that makes your room look best. We bought this 12" one and 4 of the 10" ones, as well.

This LED was exactly what I had hoped for, it was easy to install, very bright, and works well with a dimmer, also has variable color temperature that I did not change from the daylight setting.

installation is as simple as you'd expect from any ceiling light. the ability to choose the color temperature is a nice feature, but in order to change it, the cover must be removed, which also requires removing 9 hardware pieces, unhooking the base plate to reinstall.

Very good value in a versatile light. It is easy to switch color temperatures making it perfect for creating the perfect lighting needed for many different applications. I found that the 4000 setting was perfect for a kitchen food prep area.
