Dynacraft Twilight Twist 16" Bike

Perfect starter bike for my 7 year old. She's been on "bikes" before but this is her first sort of "real" one. Nicely made, cute and she loves the colors. Very safe. Recommend.

Great little bike. It took about 45 mins to unpack and assemble and inflate tires etc. the streamers are cheap and started coming apart after a day or two. The training wheels go on and off in about 10 seconds and are great. Seat adjusts quickly. I had to slack the chain by moving the back tire forward slightly because it came installed very tight and didn't pedal as freely as it should. Great paint and durability. My 4 year old absolutely loves it. Just girly enough without being obnoxiously pink! I think I paid about $80 for it.

4 of these exact same bikes in the store had a clicking sound when turning the pedals. I found only one of this model in the store that didn't click. Great bike overall and adorable. It has lasted months so far and held up well. The Twilight Twist rolls on, thankfully without clicking and hope the manufacturer can fix the issue for this model because it is very cute and great price.

The bike is cute, the brakes were broken when we started to put it together they wouldnt let the tire move without rubbing against it. I removed them cause it was too much of a headache to try to see the problem. It rides good and will work out till we get a bigger one.

The bike arrived in a timely manner.When it got here....there was a small amount of damage to the box it came in.Did not think it was enough damage to worry about.Upon getting the bike out of the box.....discovered that the front brake lever was broken.It was made out of plastic.You get what you pay for I guess.

The box was missing parts and the instructions for assembly of the bike was very vague and did not apply to the bike I purchased for the most part. Upon assembling the bike, the handlebar ribbons have already come off and the light deflector for the back tire is missing.

the bike had many scratches on it. The wheels had dirt on them, the handles weren't clean, the actual silver label of the bike is pealing off. Was this a used bike that was sent to me? I got 4 bikes for my niece and nephews birthday. It wasn't cheap. I got two bikes out of the 4 that are in terrible condition. Since they have been waiting on their birthday gifts, we set everything up for them to enjoy. This bikes handles and or wheels are in bad shape. We set it up correctly and this bike is having the hardest time turning lefts and rights. No good. I dont recommend this bike.

Bike arrives in a box that clearly states what it is, so be aware if this is a gift for a little girl in your house. This wasn't the issue, however. The major issue was with the hand brake. The plastic piece that attaches it to the handle was cracked around the bolt, therefore, made the brake inoperable. When you squeeze the brake it practically falls off the handle. Upon starting a return, it was out of stock and could only offer a refund and free shipping to return the damaged bike. I think we will cut and remove the brake, rather than dissemble and ship back and then still not have a bike. It also does not come with a kick stand. It will stand with the training wheels, but for my five year old who can already ride without them, it doesn't help.

We purchased this bike for our 4 year old daughter for Christmas. She learned to ride on balance bike and pedaled shory after. She was ready to move up and was great at it so the training wheels were taken off before it was given to her. She loved how pretty it was and couldn't wait to ride it! When she did....she hated it. The bike was so heavy, it took A LOT of energy for her to move it and she fell constantly because of this. She's a big girl and very strong but this bike weights 24 lbs. That's half her weight. In 2 months, she rode it twice. We returned it and purchased a bike that weighed half this weight. She' back to riding all the time now and having a blast!

I ordered 2 of these bikes and both have the same issues. The frames are completely bent and crooked. The only way we could get one of the back tires on was for my husband and I to take crowbars and pull as hard as we can to separate the frame. Still has issues. My husband has basically had to rebuild the whole bike because it was done incorrectly. I'm so sad because these were our daughters first bikes and 10 mins have to repair a bike to make it work for them. I only have one star because they are super cute.
