I just used this for the first time this past week and am very pleased with its taste and effectiveness. After reading Neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock's most recent article about blenderizing vegetables, his suggestion was to add blueberry juice concentrate to each batch of blended vegetables. This blueberry juice concentrate really helped improve the taste. Also, the literature states blueberry concentrate is a powerful addition to the diet when focusing on brain health. I highly recommend this product and will continue to buy this product from Swanson Vitamins.

While I admit I am probably one of only a few people who do not like the taste of blueberries...I bought this for health reasons and in liquid concentrate form so that I could get the dosage I need and get it to go down as quickly as possible. For that reason I would recommend. If you like the taste of blueberries...you will probably love it.
