turmeric has numerous health benefits. i consume it a few different forms, including this liquid. liquids are the more absorbable form of supplements for our bodies. i like how this has black pepper in it, which is necessary for turmeric to be best absorbed. i also like how there's very few filler ingredients added. dynamic health is a very high-quality brand---i have trusted and used their products for many years.

I have only been taking this tumeric liquid supplement for a few weeks, so I cannot address the physical effects. However, I can say that while the taste is somewhat bitter upon first use, I negate the taste by adding it to some of my fresh juice or an ounce or two of my freshly made smoothie. I don't know if I will purchase it again.
