I would suggest mixing the concentrate with another fruit juice. I tried it in plain ice water and it was a little tart. I may try it with some honey mixed in next time and see if that helps. I love that it is 100% pure pomegranate juice extract and not watered down like the juice you get in the grocery store. The serving size on the bottle says 2 TBSP (30ml) of Pomegranate juice extract. I read on the Puritan's Pride website that it can be mixed 1 part concentrate to 5 parts water or other liquid if you want to mix a larger quantity. So far I am very pleased.

I add some to my morning smoothie and love the taste it adds.

Great way to get the multiple heath benefits of the pomegranate! No sugar added (a big plus) and can be easily added to other fruit juices or water (I used honey in mine). It lasts well in the frig.

This is an expensive indulgence, but the product is really good. There are no additional ingredients, it's just pomegranate concentrate, so it tastes really good, & being able to control the proportions is an excellent bonus.

I should have known better than to order this from WM. It was terrible. It smelled bad and tasted borderline rotten.
